    Si c'est Windows et bien tu n'as plus qu'à remettre le menu.lst de Fedora et modifier le chainloader pour windows comme ca:

  • à mon avis ton problème venait du fait que le kmod-ndiswrapper n'était pas celui compatible avec le nouveau noyau de F9.
    D'où la mise à jour.

    Pour moi téléchargement du DVD 1h30 (free powaaa) puis install en lieu et pladce de F8. Installation sans soucis premier boot impeccable. Tout fonctionne. Je n'ai pas encore eu le temps de m'attarder sur les vraies nouveautés.

    Je ne sais pas si je poste au bon endroit. Si ca n'est pas le cas merci aux modérateurs de déplacer dans la bonne section.
    Voilà utilisateur heureux de Fedora depuis la FC4, je souhaite regarder ce qui se passe un peu ailleurs.
    Pour celà j'ai décidé de m'installer une petite Debian en double boot avec ma chère F8.
    Seulement voilà mes connaissances en matière de partionnement spécifique ne sont pas très étendues.
    je demande donc à ceux qui connaissent Partman de m'aider à selectionner la bonne méthode afin de faire cohabiter au mieux les 2 OS de manière à ce qu'au boot je puisse choisir entre les 2.
    Sachant que mon partionnement actuel a été fait de manière automatique par Anaconda. Donc pas de partition dédiée pour /boot.

    faut il que je boot sur le kernel i686 en -42? mais j'ai peur de tout planter comme ca m'a fait une fois.
    etant sur une architecture i686 pourquoi m'a t il telecharge un kernel pour i586?

    de plus je crois que mon pilote ndiswrapper ne fonctionne pas sur le i686
    en plus ce que je ne comprends pas pourquoi le programme d'install original n'installe t il pas le i686 par défaut

    J'ai une petite question. certains programmes que j'installe par yum telechargent le kernel i686. La dernière fois que ca me l'a fait c'etait avec ndiswrapper.
    J'ai eu un souci de conflit entre les 2 kernels i586 et i686.
    Du coup je n'installe plus de programmes voulant m'installer le i686.
    Quelle différence entre les 2 architectures? comment éviter le conflit de kernel?
    mon pc est un celeron quel kernel est sensé lui correspondre?
  • je viens de faire les modifications que tu m'as indiquées mais je n'ai plus de trace de sans fil désormais
    je n'ai plus d'interface sans fil detectée et NetworkManager ne m'indique plus de connexion sans fil
    par contre le pilote a du se charger car la clé est allumée
    Le centre de contrôle de kde me dit qu'il ne peut pas detecter automatiquement l'interface. Faut il que je rentre le nom del'interface à la main si oui est ce que ce serait quelque chose du style wlan0?
    iwconfig me retourne ceci:
