Par contre, le Seek_Error_Rate à 192349176 est un problème.
Le Command_Timeout à 3 3 4 correspond peut-être aux tests longs qui sont abordés.

smartctl -t short /dev/sdX
fonctionnent mais mes tests long smartctl -t long /dev/sdX
sont, soit disant, arrêtés manuellement (que je lance via GSmartControl ou en ligne de commande avec smartctl) :

De ce que je comprend, Raw_Read_Error_Rate à 192349176 n'est pas un problème car c'est du Seagate.Par contre, le Seek_Error_Rate à 192349176 est un problème.
