Même chose pour moi. Le message s'accompagne du son de la cloche système. Et mon PC a du mal à s'éteindre ou redémarrer également.
Je trouve ça dans dmesg :
dmesg | grep "IRQ 16"

Et l'IRQ fautive ressemble à ça :
cat /proc/interrupts
CPU0 CPU1 CPU2 CPU3 CPU4 CPU5 CPU6 CPU7
0: 121 0 0 12052914 0 0 0 0 IO-APIC-edge timer
1: 0 0 0 2 0 0 0 0 IO-APIC-edge i8042
8: 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 IO-APIC-edge rtc0
9: 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 IO-APIC-fasteoi acpi
12: 0 0 0 4 0 0 0 0 IO-APIC-edge i8042
14: 0 0 0 29751 0 0 0 0 IO-APIC-edge ata_piix
15: 0 0 0 429046 0 0 0 0 IO-APIC-edge ata_piix
16: 0 0 1937787 0 0 0 0 0 IO-APIC-fasteoi uhci_hcd:usb3, nvidia
Apparemment ça serait dû
à deux périphériques qui sont sur le même IRQ (un port usb et ma carte graphique). J'essaierai de voir si j'ai un truc suspect dans mon BIOS.
