Je suis sur un portable lenovo avec un dock Dell, le tout sur une fedora fc28.

Bon déja quels type de carte avec ton portable.
Quelques infos supplémentaires serait bienvenu.
Quel version du driver nvidia utilises tu ?
Comment tu as installé bumblebee (bref en suivant quels docs) ?
Ca fonctionnait avant normalement ?

Pourquoi avoir installé displaylink ?  A quoi sert-il ? Il y avait un besoin particulier ?

oui pour pouvoir utiliser 3 ecrans, comment puis je faire sans displaylink ?

Une réponse un peu tardive désolé, mais si tu utilisais directement les drivers nvidia au lieu de nouveau ça arrangerait peut-être les choses.
