Merci pour l'info, me sent moins seul.

Là je suis en train d'installer le pilote fourni par nVidia (au cas ou ça changerai) si seulement j'arrive à virer nouveau...

Si j'y arrive pas, j’essaierai de booter avec l'ancien kernel, au cas ou cela résolve temporairement le probleme.

Sinon, l'ultime solution sera de changer de carte graphique (si mon monteur voudra bien me la reprendre)

Bon bah ca va être l'ultime solution. Pas moyen de booter sur l'ancien kernel avec le akmod, il bloque.

Du coup je vais voir demain avec mon monteur pour changer de carte.

Du côté des AMD (ATI) ça tiens la route ?

Personnellement avec une HD 5770 et le pilote libre, oui très bien, je peux même jouer à plusieurs jeux. Mais de mon côté le "Power Management" n'est pas géré (le ventilateur tourne toujours à fond et la température aussi hmm) mais il y a une astuce pour ça, qui fontionne bien.

Le power management m'importe peu (c'est un fixe) mais tant que ça fonctionne sans planter lamentablement ça me va. Je passe grave pour un con en disant que Linux c'est stable et toussa, alors quand on voit un plantage en direct, j'ai un peu honte... :D

Ou puis-je avoir la liste des carte AMD qui sont supportées par nouveau ? (que cette fois-ci je me plante pas en beauté) Parce que celle que tu as est un peu plus chère que celle que j'ai... (j'ai cru voir 120 € a peu près, la mienne est à 60 - 80 € max)

Je lui ai envoyé un mail mais j'ai eu un plantage à ce moment là, donc je sais pas s'il l'a reçu.
Ca m'embête de changer, mais j'en aurai le coeur net demain après avoir appelé mon monteur.

Je vois cette histoire de "Clocksource tsc unstable (delta = -17179859938 ns)" qui sent pas terriblement bon, et également le "BUG: soft lockup - CPU#2 stuck for 68s! [Xorg:1895]" qui me rassure pas.
Serai-ce dû au processeur ?

Bonne nouvelle, mon monteur reprend ma carte graphique (ça règle le soucis des pilotes), je vais donc opter pour une AMD (qui idéalement soit bien prise en charge par nouveau, ou, dans le pire des cas, qu'il fonctionne avec le pilote radeon)

@VINDICATORs : Si tu passes dans le coin, j'aimerai avoir ton avis sur le modèle de carte (vu que je sais que tu as du AMD) qui pourrai fonctionner tip top, dans le même budget que la GT 430 de chez nVidia (60 - 80 € en gros).

Oui sorry, j'ai eu que du nVidia, alors je confond un peu.
Donc si l'accélération 2D/3D est prise en charge par radeon, tant mieux, sinon, catalyst fera bien l'affaire (si j'ai pas le même genre de crasses qu'avec cette nvidia)

En tout cas, F15 semble être stable sous le kernel 2.6.38.6-26.rc1.fc15.x86_64 (celui du DVD que j'ai téléchargé la semaine dernière)

[edit] : j'ai raporté le bug "BUG: soft lockup - CPU#2 stuck for 68s! [Xorg:1895]" avec abrt sur le bugzilla)

Bon, après un test du matos (RAM, CPU, CG, HDD) avec ubcd, tout est OK.

j'en conclu donc à un problème kernel/driver proprio. (si vous pensez que c'est autre chose, dite le tongue )

Je peux faire reprendre ma carte nVidia pour changer pour une AMD, et je vais le faire dès que possible.

Actuellement je tourne sur le kernel 2.6.38.6-27.fc15.x86_64, avec le driver nvidia, mais j'ai pas d'accélération (GNOME 3 en fallback, c'est moche, et pas moyen d'accéder à la partie OpenGL dans nvidia-settings. Il plante <= pas le pc, le gestionnaire de paramètres nvidia).

Donc voila, je pense tirer une énorme croix sur nVidia et je vais voir la robustesse d'un constructeur qui, lui au moins, pense au libre.

Je pense que le problème c'est surtout que tu as une carte très/trop récente. Elle sera forcement un jour bien supporté par les pilotes proprio et par les pilotes libres aussi. Tu peux avoir le même genre de soucis avec une carte AMD, même si au moins AMD à une meilleure ouverture par rapport au libre. Essaye donc de te renseigner sur le support de la carte AMD qu'on te propose en échange avant toute chose.

Ta GTX 4xx c'est pas du Fermi? Pour moi les GTX 4xx et 5xx sont basées sur la dernière génération de chez Nvidia (Fermi), mais bon je suis plus ça de très prés je peux me tromper. Et connaissant Nvidia et son marketing, ya peut etre des intrus dans ces séries.

C'est une GT 430, pas GTX...

En gros j'en déduis que c'est pas les dernières archi parce qu'il y a les GTX maintenant. vu là : http://www.nvidia.fr/object/geforce_family_fr.html

Mais je peux me tromper, vu que j'y connais quedale en hardware :D

du coup pour la carte AMD, je regarde du côté des Radeon HD 5xxx, plus particulièrement celle là : HD 5570, qui devrait rester dans le même budget que la GT 430.
