Les médias sont donc apparement détécter.
Il me semble avoir trouver d'où venait le problème : les médias ne se monte plus lorsque j'utilise le DisplayManager Slim à la place de GDM. Je ne sais pas si ça a un rapport, mais je suis alors en TTY7 à la place de TTY1...
Je réutilise GDM en attendant de trouver une solution.
