Utilisation du capteur d'empreinte digitale sur pc Unowhy Y13

Bonjour,

Je dispose aujourd'hui d'un pc Unowhy Y13 (fournit par la région Île-de-France) sur lequel j'ai installé Fedora 36 pour pouvoir avoir une expérience plus fluide et sans la surcouche de Windows Éducation.
Malheureusement le capteur d'empreinte digitale n'a pas l'air d'être reconnue avec les solutions classiques tel que fprint. (l'option de reconnaissance digitale est absente dans le paramètre de Gnome)
Bien évidemment, les détails sur le capteur d'empreinte sont absents de la fiche technique, ce qui ne m'avance pas vraiment.
Si quelqu'un a une idée, je suis preneur.

Matériellement il n'a pas l'air d'apparaître, donc ce n'est pas pas une question de gestion logicielle.

Il faudrait connaître le modèle utilisé, il doit sûrement être sur le bus i2c.
Cette information est disponible depuis le bios ou depuis Windows ?

Je suis allé faire un tour dans le Bios mais je n'ai rien trouvé d'intéressant et malheureusement, je ne dispose pas de Windows étant donné que le stockage de 64 Go est trop exigu pour un dual-boot.
Du côté d'internet, c'est vraiment le néant, les mentions à propos de ce lecteur d'empreinte sont très vagues, il est seulement fait mention qu'il existe et qu'il est compatible avec Windows Hello .

En farfouillant dans les docs, il semble que le capteur soit un Goodix et des drivers pour Ubuntu seraient existants. Il semble que le capteur soit branché sur le bus usb, dans ce cas il faudrait faire un lsusb et voir s'il trouve un périphérique style Bus 003 Device 002: ID 27c6:5503 Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co.,Ltd.
Dell utilise ces capteurs.

Pense à utiliser les balises code <> https://forums.fedora-fr.org/help.php#bbcode pour faciliter la lecture des retours de commandes en incluant le prompt, la commande ainsi que le retour complet de celle-ci. Tu as la possibilité d'éditer tes précédents posts.

Pour moi je ne vois rien concernant sa présence. Il a déjà été constaté fonctionnel ?
Tu connais d'autres personnes ayant ce modèle ? Il serait peut-être possible d'essayer avec un Live si c'est fonctionnel pour voir comment il est détecté ou non.

Pour ce qui est de la commande dmseg, elle me renvoie plusieurs milliers de lignes (je vais donc éviter de tous les copier-coller.)
Pour les autres propriétaires de ce PC, le capteur fonctionne avec windows hello. Cependant, la version utilisée est windows 10 Education avec une surcouche comprenant peut-être les bons pilotes pour le capteur d'empreinte. Elle est totalement bridée ce qui ne permet pas de voir en détail les potentiels pilotes. Je n'ai aucune idée si un windows "vanilla" pourrais détecter correctement le capteur.
Enfin, je devrais tester le PC avec quelle live CD ?

Oui, j'ai regardé mais certains logiciels ne prennent pas tout en compte, d'où mes questions sur des bases que je connais.

C'est normal pour le nombre de ligne, mais avec l'utilisation des balises code <> https://forums.fedora-fr.org/help.php#bbcode ça ne pose pas de souci.

Il faudrait utiliser un Live Fedora tant qu'à faire et récupérer les informations des commandes

$ lspci

$ dmesg

Et voir en cas pour le bus i2c aussi.

Il n'y a pas l'air d'avoir une quelconque trace d'un lecteur d'empreinte dans la détection au démarrage. Tu as essayé avec un Windows ou autre Live ?

Sur ton installation en dur, que retourne

Mais je viens d'appendre qu'on ne peut pas installer Windows sur une carte SD.
Si je veux pouvoir installer Windows, je vais devoir formater ma Fedora actuelle. Il y aurait la possibilité de la sauvegarder celle-ci pour que je n'aie pas à la réinstaller et à la reconfigurer ?

mais je pense que je vais me résigner à ne pas utiliser le capteur d'empreinte, c'est après tout un accessoire dispensable même si cela reste un plus.

J'ai installé Windows pour être sur, et il semble que lui non plus ne détecte pas le capteur d'empreinte malgré le fait qu' il soit bien présent visuellement sur le clavier et qu'il soit spécifier sur la fiche technique. Le fait que la carte son ne soit pas détecter non plus sur Windows me conforte dans l'hypothèse que tout les drivers sont enfaites installé avec la surcouche du constructeur. Ce qui explique pourquoi ils fonctionnaient, mais plus maintenant avec un Windows "vanilla". Le fait que le pilote de la carte son ne soit pas non plus trouvable avec Windows (bien plus gênant) va donc justifié mon retour sur linux.

Je vous remercie quand même  pour votre aide.
