C'est possible que ce soit par le blacklistage qu'il n'utilise pas le pilote, mais il ne prend pas l'autre non plus.

Il faudrait retirer le blacklist pour voir s'il reprend le rtw88_8821ce

EDIT:
mais en relisant le 1er post, je me dis que non.

Je vais me répéter, mais as-tu essayé les kernel 5.10 ?

Il me semble qu'il n'est pas encore apparu dans les mises à jour ?
Peut être que le secure boot peut empêcher cette manœuvre ?

Tu devrais l'avoir en stable sous peu, le temps de la synchro comme il est passé dans updates.

J'ai eu un résultat bizarre:

Ça y est. Ça fonctionne. Le secure boot était le coupable. Dommage qu'on doivent s'en passer.

Le seul lien qui a été créé c'est avec /var/lib/

ls -l /lib/modules/5.10.7-200.fc33.x86_64/rtl8821ce*

puis

ls -l  /lib/modules/5.10.7-200.fc33.x86_64/extra/rtl8821ce*
