Tu vas donc patcher
phatch-0.2.7/phatch/lib/pyWx/wxPil.py qui est un programme ou un script python qui sera interprété au moment de son exécution.
Ensuite si tu listes le contenu du rpm phatch-0.2.7-27.fc26.noarch.rpm tu verras où se trouve
wxPil.py (certainement /usr/lib/python2.7/phatch-0.2.7/phatch/lib/pyWx/wxPil.py
$ rpm -qlp ./phatch-0.2.7-27.fc26.noarch.rpm

/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/phatch/lib/pyWx/wxPil.py

rpm -qlp pour voir le contenu du rpm non installé
rpm -qil pour voir le contenu du rmp installé
