J'avais eu ce soucis sur le dernier noyau de F25, et j'espère que le prochain noyau de F26 résoudra.
Quelqu'un a t-il remarqué cela ?

J'ai ça parfois aussi, mais c'est le plus souvent pour les modules virtualbox, chez moi en tout cas.
Faudrait aller voir dans les logs.

tu m'as mis la puce à l'oreille, c'est bien les modules de "VirtualBox". En tentant de lancer un OS sur "VirtualBox", je me suis laissé guider et j'ai fais ceci:

Après une mise à jour du noyau, il faut attendre un bon moment pour que les modules se génèrent
(j'ai jamais vraiment regardé le temps, mais je dirais + de 5 minutes).

Une cause possible, c'est que la machine ait été arrêtée trop vite après la mise à jour.
Il y a plusieurs gestions de la génération (après une maj, à l'arrêt, au démarrage aussi je crois).

Cela ne semble pas simple de faire que ça se passe bien (surtout avec le forcing de 1m30 lors de l'arrêt par exemple).
Cela fait la même chose pour le pilote nvidia d'après ce que j'ai entendu.

Je confirme que cela fait la même chose avec le pilote nvidia.
Mais ce que j'ai constaté c'est que l'echec d'akmod ne vient pas de l'arrêt de la machine, mais plutôt de l'arrêt du processus dnf.

Par exemple si je mets à jour un kernel, que ce soit en console ou avec yumex-dnf, et que je ferme la console ou yumex dès que la mise à jour est terminée, l'akmod ne fait pas son travail.
J'ai la chance d'avoir fabriqué un conky qui m'indique la liste des processus en cours, et je peux voir que l'akmod se lance après la fin de la mise à jour (avec akmod, rpmbuild et installation du kmod).
Par contre si je ferme la console ou yumex juste après la mise à jour, je peux voir que akmod ne se lance pas, et donc ne génère pas le kmod attendu.
