Bonsoir,
J'ai moi aussi quelques problèmes de boot depuis quelques temps, alors qu'avant ça booté avec des temps très corrects (environ 40 secondes).

Il se trouve que depuis quelque temps aussi je subis régulièrement des freezes en cours d'utilisation (durée aléatoire avant freeze). Le freeze me bloque complètement clavier et souris, du coup plus moyen de retrouver un terminal pour effectuer un reboot plus "propre" que celui avec le bouton de la tour.

Autre cas intéressant : si j'appuie sur le bouton d'alimentation alors qu'il à freezé, il se met quand même en veille (commme en fonctionnement normal), mais reste figé à la reprise.

Si vous avez des idées ... je suis preneur.

Même résultat en root, je ne peux pas changer la résolution ...
J'ai aussi essayé de passer par "Système > Préférences > Affichage" de sélectionner ma nouvelle résolution comme j'ai lu qu'il s'appuyait sur xrandr, mais au moment ou je clique sur "Appliquer", un message de nottification apparait :

La configuration d'affichage sélectionnée ne peut pas être aplliquée
Impossible de définir la configuration pour le CRTC 262

Apparemment le framebuffer est mis tout seul par X au boot quand il ne détecte pas / mal la config (carte graphique ou écran)

J'ai modifié le xorg.conf pour y ajouter la ligne

Ca ne change rien... mon écran est toujours dans une résolution inférieure à sa résolution native (bordures noires autour de la zone affichée), sauf qu'il essaye d'afficher du 1920x1080 dans du 1280x1024. L'écran produit un afichage étrange. J'ai commenté la ligne, j'ai récupéré un affichage clair, mais toujours en 1280x1024.

Bonjour, j'avais une petite question car je me suis fais plaisir avant noël et voici une partie de ma nouvelle configuration :
CG  : ATI RADEON HD 5870
LCD : LG Flatron W2363V-WF

Mon problème est le suivant :
Mon écran qui normalement a une résolution native Full HD (1920x1080) et qui est relié en HDMI à ma carte graphique n'affiche qu'un bureau de 1280x1024.

J'ai essayé plusieurs choses :
- Créer un fichier xorg.conf,
- le modifier,
- Installer les pilotes propriétaires ATI
- Utiliser xrandr pour essayer d'avoir au moins 1920x1080 en résolution, peu importe si j'ai pas encore l'accélération graphique.

Cependant il y a une question qui me travaille :

Je ne suis pas sur de ce que j'ai installé comme driver (du moins si c'est le bon pour ma CG, puisque le lspci le me donne pas de NVXX, mais elle apparaît dans les cartes valables pour le 185.18.14 du site nvidia

Euh si le problème c'est qu'on est pas connecté par défaut :
clic droit sur l'icône de Network Manager > Modification des connexions

Choisir l'onglet filaire : moi j'ai mon eth0 et mon wlan0

Choisis en un et fais modifier et coche connecter automatiquement. Je suppose que ça fonctionne, mais j'ai pas testé, il faut que je réactive le wifi mais la je peux pas maintenant.

En fait non, pas eu le temps j'ai pas pu booter dessus, j'avais fais l'install dans une VM, mais il y avait une erreur, avant grub donc j'ai posé la question avant de me coucher au cas ou ... et je dois dire que j'ai pas réessayé depuis la version 7 - 8 ou je m'étais fai ch*** pour l'installer. Je me suis lancé en suivant et je verrai plus tard la j'ai pa trop le temps...

J'avais eu le même problème sur mon Dell (ipw3945) et sous F9. J'ai jamais réussi à trouver la solution (enfin j'ai pas trop chercher non plus). Par contre avec le chipset atheros aucun problème.

Par contre ça fais plus de 6 mois et j'ai pas retester depuis alors j'essayerai de voir ce soir pour donner la démarche exacte que j'ai fait.

Bonjour, je reprend ce post, j'ai reçu mon Neo Freerunner depuis ce week-end, la distribution de base est totalement impraticable sur le terminal embarqué par le simple fait que le clavier ne comporte pas de / pour naviguer, le clavier est au format US.

Je l'ai flashé dans la foulée, pour lui mettre la derniere version d'openmoko (OM2008.9).

Je n'ai plus de terminal, le wifi ne se connecte pas à ma box (WPA+AES) (plantage de mofi)

Je du le flashé plusieurs autres fois pour tester quelques une des différentes distro. Toujours mon problème de wifi.

Je me suis arrêté à FDOM ou ce coup ci, j'arrive à avoir surfer avec le wifi de ma box. Le clavier est tjs en qwerty mais pour l'instant ça ne me gêne aucunement. lspci dans le terminal ne donne rien... la commande n'existe pas ... satisfait dans l'ensemble, mais j'aimerai bien m'installer une base fedora et y ajouter les paquets que je veux, en gros faire mon propre système pour mon téléphone. j'ai vu déjà quelques paquets d'autres distro dispo aussi chez fedora (tangogps, bluez, dillo, ...). En interface graphique je mettrai de l'enlightenment qui jusqu'à present marche très bien sur le mobile, sinon je regarderai sur du plus léger car gnome doit être un peu lourd quand même. Seulement je ne sais pas quels paquets je dois prendre pour partir depuis zéro, quels paquets compiler, en bref je souhaite partir de 0 quoi.

j'ai pas vu de fedora pour arm encore ou alors je l'aurai raté?

ils sont bien installés puisque :

# ls /usr/lib/plymouth/
default.so  fade-in.so  pulser.so  spinfinity.so
details.so  label.so    solar.so   text.so

Dans les 2 cas j'ai toujours les même eruptions.

Tiens en parlant de menu démarrer ...

Qu'y a-t-il de plus obscur que ce fameux menu démarrer?
Quand on veut arrêter l'ordinateur il faut d'abord cliquer sur démarrer... Les dev de chez M$ sont passés du côté obscur du codage... Ceci dit il ont fait un effort pour vista... ils ont juste laissé le logo... c'est déjà moins surprenant big_smile

Oui c'est vrai ça c'est pas de billou MS DOS il l'a racheté pour pas grand chose.

En tout cas je sais pas pour vous mais j'arrive à produire un écran bleu avec un W$ et une webcam logitech !!!

On brache la cam sur l'ordi, on ouvre un explorateur, on navigue sur la partie caméro ou on voit ce que "voit" la cam et la on clique appuye sur le bouton de la cam...

Formidable écran bleu bad pool caller ... Vidage physique de la mémoire en cours, etc, etc, et finalement, ça se termine par un reboot...

Alors? qui est-ce fait des reboot avec ecran bleu??? (en plus c'est plus rapide que de passer par le menu pour redemmarer)

Tiens pusiqu'on en parle... sur ma machine j'avais installé vista pour tester... première appli que j'assaye d'installer (je crois que c'était pidgin ou une appli du genre venant du monde GNU/Linux et qui fonctionnait très bien sous XP, j'ai exécuté mon setup, 5 min que j'avais booté premier message d'erreur (une crois blanche sur un rouge rouge... généralement cette chose qui précède le désormais célèbre écran bleu ... (pour rire encore une fois... On ne s'en lasse pas =).

Sur le message il était écrit : vous devez utiliser Windows 2000, NT, XP ou supérieur... Je savais pas que vista était si démodé que ça malgrès exécution en compatibilité Win XP...

Il à pas terminé le round il à mangé une galette d'XP et de fedora pour garder le double boot ^^

Vista = Millenium v2.0 (erf millenium... il on parié qu'il sortirai un windows bourré de bug? [Désolé pour le pléonasme mais c'était trop facile ....])

Erf j'ai eu le même problèmeque Blood pour le dépôt livna (sous F9 mais j'avais pas trop cherché ... honte à moi qui utilise depuis FC5 ^^).

Mais en cherchant pour F10 j'ai vu le RPMFusion et la ... une mine d'or que du bonheur =)

@sechanbask : Moi aussi j'avais essayé plusieur distros, mais aucune n'avais voulu fonctionner correctement quand j'avais tester linux. Tout ça a cause du sata ou de ma carte graphique... Fedora à été la première qui à fonctionné sans problème du coup j'ai jamais lâché l'affaire, puisque tant que ça marche pourquoi partir???

Retour d'expérience :

Laptop : Dell XPS M1710
Intel core 2 Duo T7600 @ 2.33 GHz
NVidia 7950 GTX 512Mo
160 Go SATA 7200 tpm
2Go DDR2


Installation DVD F10 x86_64 sans soucis, tout s'est bien passé
Problèmes majeurs Aucun
Problèmes mineurs
=> Entrée micro...pulse audio détecte le flux, l'enregistreur de son non alors que c'est le même périphérique en entrée, que le micro est bien activé...
=> Pilotes nVidia sans bureau 3D s'éteind une fraction de seconde de temps en temps... (rarement mais ça arrive) pas de soucis avec le pilote par défaut.
Conclusion Elle ronronne comme il faut, elle est un peu plus chargée en ram que la F9, mais j'avais pas installé les pilotes graphiques sur F9, mais c'est pas ça qui me mange autant  (a peu près 200Mo), j'ai travaillé et j'ai encore des applis lancées avec alors que j'avais regardé à la fin du chargement sous F9.

Petit bémol mais c'est pas lié à fedora... le dépôt RPMFusion qui n'était pas accessible pendant 2 jours... mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter big_smile

Ca à l'air de correspondre exactement à un moment ou le son se coupe et revient. L'heure à laquelle ça se produit (l'heure d'entrée dans le fichier de log) et le temps de la coupure en ms. Perso j'utilise rythmbox comme player, mais je pense que ça vient pas de lui, si quelqu'un utilise un autre player et qu'il peut le confirmer...

Bon le son est toujours pareil pour moi même avec nopat, ca crachotte un peu par contre j'ai pas le même message qui se répète chez vous, mais j'ai celui la que j'ai vu passer dans le grep pulse /var/log/message d'un des premiers posts

C'est juste la durée qui change par rapport à l'autre post mais ce message ne ce répète pas c'est la dernière ligne de mon fichier de log.

j'ai vu un ticket pour ces 2 problèmes => ICI mais pour l'instant sans réponse...

Pour info le contrôleur de ma carte mère est un Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) AC'97 Audio Controller
