WARNING: Device /dev/sda has size of 976771055 sectors which is smaller than corresponding PV size of 976773168 sectors. Was device resized?
WARNING: One or more devices used as PVs in VG vg_disquedonnees have changed sizes.
# lvdisplay --devices /dev/sda
WARNING: Device /dev/sda has size of 976771055 sectors which is smaller than corresponding PV size of 976773168 sectors. Was device resized?

Merci beaucoup.
