Pour bouger avec alt+souris, il faut apparemment bidouiller avec gnome-tweak-tools
Et sinon, je viens d'y penser, dans beaucoup de DE Alt+barre d'espace fait apparaître le menu de gestion de la fenêtre (réduire, maximiser,
déplacer, ...) dans lequel on peut se déplacer avec les flèches. Une fois sélectionné "déplacer", tu peux bouger la fenêtre une fois de plus avec les flèches.
