le post #3 ne liste pas les rpm, ou j'ai raté un truc. Le but est de savoir s'il a autant de rpm ou si c'est juste les fichiers qui sont restés

jenrem en plus de la commande rpm ajoute aussi un

uname -a

Logiquement il devrait avoir tout ces kernels, quand un kernel est supprimé, cela entraine aussi sa suppression dans /boot.

je me souvient qu'il y a un fichier qui indique le nombre de kernels que l'on veut garder, mais je ne souviens plus quel est ce fichier.

le fichier yum.conf n'existe plus (du moins chez moi).
Maintenant, avec dnf, c'est le fichier /etc/dnf/dnf.conf qu'il faut modifier

Il n'en reste que 2 , j'ai fait le ménage hier , il y en avait 8

Du coup si tu remet 3 ça devrait aller. Tu as de nouveau de la place dans /boot ?

Je ne suis pas sur que ca soit immédiatement pris en compte. à mon sens il serait logique que la suppression du/des kernels excédentaire/s soit réalisée après l'installation d'un nouveau.

Plus qu'à le faire à la main.

La MàJ ne se fait pas , je crois qu'il faut vider à l'écope
Pour le faire je fais

dnf remove /boot/config-5.4.8-200.fc31.x86_64

et ça dans toutes les " rubriques , boot , initramfs , sytème , vm linuz , en virant à chaque fois les kernel les plus anciens
Ensuite je fais

installonly_limit=4

Le tout dans un terminal , je ne dois pas passer par un éditeur genre "nano"

Dans l'ordre ,@madko j'ai 107 MàJ à faire, dont le kernel 5.5.15-200, je ne suis pas toujours devant cet ordi , il se peut qu'elles soient là depuis quelques jours

car on arrive pas à comprendre si tu as reussi à faire ton nettoyage

perso je ferais à la hache :

sudo rpm -e `rpm -qa | grep kernel | grep 5.3 `

ne recopie pas cette commande, fais un copier-coller vers ton terminal

ça doit déjà supprimer tous les composants des noyaux 5.3.xx et faire un peu de place

@nouvo09 , j'ai fait un copier coller de la commande depuis 5' , il ne m'a pas demandé le PW et il s'est mis directement sur la ligne suivante avec cette invite " > " et il n'en sort pas , pour l'instant j'attends
, ah ,précision , l'invite ne clignote pas
