J'ai fait l'expérience il y a quelques jours d'une impossibilité à démarrer ma session après mise à jour du système. Cette mise à jour était intervenue après installation de KDE Plasma et du pilote graphique akmod-nvidia-390* (cf mes mésaventures sur l'installation de ce pilote : [Résolu] problème de boot après modification pilote graphique ).
Comme il m'était impossible de reprendre la main sur le système (rescue non fonctionnel), j'ai réinstallé le système comme suit :
-> Installation de Fedora 30 avec environnement Gnome
-> Reboot
-> Installation des mises à jour (cette fois-ci j'ai préféré faire ainsi)
-> Reboot
-> Installation du pilote akmod-nvidia-390*
-> Reboot
-> Constatation que le pilote nouveau est bien supprimé et que la session utilisateur s'exécute bien avec le pilote graphique akmod-nvidia-390. J'obtiens 298 fps en plein jeu, donc tout va bien.
-> Installation du group kDE Plasma Environment
-> Installation des logiciels utiles
-> Reboot

Et là, bim ! Bloqué au démarrage avec la liste des hda_snd_.... Un clic de souris fait afficher la ligne "Logitech ..." mais c'est tout.
Redémarrage forcé et j'arrive sur ma session utilisateur. Je vérifie que les dernières installations ne m'ont pas remis le pilote nouveau en service : mais non ! J'ai toujours le akmod-nvidia-390. Je ne comprends pas et me dis que c'était peut-être un simple bug.
J'utilise mon système et tout va bien.

Ce matin, je démarre ma machine : 2 blocages au démarrage :
- 1er blocage : l'affichage de démarrage s'arrête aux lignes "hda_snd_...". Un clic de souris fait toujours afficher la ligne "Logitech ..." mais c'est tout.
Donc après plusieurs minutes, redémarrage forcé :
- 2nd blocage : Affichage d'un écran presque blanc parsemé de segments légèrement colorés

De nouveau après plusieurs minutes, redémarrage forcé et là, je n'y croyais pas, mais j'ai pu démarrer sur ma session, en environnement KDE Plasma cette fois-ci.

Pourriez-vous me dire selon vous quel est le problème ? Je me pose la question de la santé de ma carte-mère ou bien est-ce autre chose dans le système ?
Si ton environnement gnome à bien démarré mais que tes problèmes se concentrent seulement sur le bureau KDE, je ne jetterais pas l’opprobre sur le matériel. Il y a peut être une difficulté d'adaptation qui fini par se résoudre.
Voir peut être un autre environnement en VM ?
Non, je n'arrivais carrément pas jusqu'à l'écran de session. J'étais bloqué dans le défilé textuel des détections matérielles la première fois et dans un affichage gelé sur écran pseudo-blanc la troisième fois. Ce n'est qu'au troisième reboot forcé que j'ai finalement pu aboutir à l'écran d'ouverture de session où ensuite les choses se sont bien passées.
Ce qui m'interroge c'est cette récurrence dans la difficulté à démarrer. Du coup, je crains un peu d'appliquer les nouvelles mises à jour détectées par le système car c'ets à la suite de ça que j'avais perdu l'usage de mon système la première fois.

Les "...kernel: snd_hda_codec_realtek hdaudioC0D0: ..." s'affichaient bien à l'écran mais pas les "...Condition check resulted in ... being skipped.".
Ou bien ces derniers sont-ils écrits uniquement lorsqu'on lance le reboot ?
Peut être ton raid qui fou la merde ?
Les logs fournis ne servent pas à grand chose.

Lorsque tu as le souci et suite à un démarrage correcte, donne-nous le retour de
# journalctl -b -1 -p err
# journalctl -k -b -1
Est-ce que le démarrage en init 3 se passe toujours bien ?
Ce soir, j'ai eu les mêmes problèmes de boot sauf que :
- au 3e boot, je suis arrivé sur un écran noir gelé donc extinction au bouton pour rebooter
- au 4e boot, j'ai pu me loguer mais c'est parti en vrille : l'écran principal perdait l'affichage si ma souris n'était pas active, la zone de notification n'en finissait pas de se charger. Au final, je suis allé en mode console pour lui faire un init 3 et relancer le mode graphique. Là je suis sous Gnome et ça a l'air d'aller.
Je me demande si l'environnement KDE n'y est pas pour quelque chose.

Le bios a l'air de dater de 2012, tu l'a jamais mis à jour ? L'ACPI et ce genre d'erreur gêne pas plus que ça normalement, ça concerne juste la gestion de l'énergie.

Le disque /dev/sdb est mon disque SSD contenant le système (root, home, swap sur un LVM).

Le disque /dev/sda est un disque SATA contenant l'ancienne installation de Fedora (il y a plus de 1 an) que je n'ai pas encore traité.

Le disque /dev/sdd est un disque SATA contenant des données.

Le disque /dev/sdc présente donc des erreurs. Il s'agit d'un vieux VelociRaptor mais qui ne contient rien du système, "seulement" des données.
Bien sûr les données c'est ce qu'il y a de plus important mais le système a-t-il vraiment besoin que ce disque soit parfaitement sain pour pouvoir démarrer correctement alors qu'il n'est même pas monté au démarrage ?
Bah si un disque à un souci il peut empêcher le bon démarrage.
Après le blème c'est surtout ce genre d'erreur :

Déjà un formatage bas niveau pour corriger le plus gros ne serait pas du luxe, mais là les Uncorrectable... Pense à voir si c'est possible de faire jouer la garantie (pense à bien supprimer toutes tes données après sauvegarde, car l'on peut remonter très loin en cas de recherche d'anciennes données).


J'ai mon 4To WD black qui me pose des soucis du genre (suite à des soucis avec le câble d'alimentation SATA à répétition). Un bon formatage assez pousser et tout semble rentrer dans l'ordre, mais à confirmer avec le temps. Sans compter des sautes d'humeur par moment... A voir si ce n'est pas juste une lecture/écriture de certains secteurs bien corrigé depuis qui le faisait déconner.

Après il n'y a pas que les données smart à prendre en compte.
Je viens de refaire un test de démarrage après avoir retiré tous les disques (hormis le SSD système). Les mêmes problèmes se sont posés dans le même ordre :
1- pas de démarrage
reboot forcé
2- gel pendant le démarrage
reboot forcé
3- gel lors de l'ouverture de session
reboot forcé
4- ouverture de session : ok

Je pense que la carte-mère est en cause.
