Alors, j'ai fait une ré-installation au propre. Installé akmod-nvidia au lieu des drivers officiels.
$ cat /proc/cmdline
BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-4.18.16-300.fc29.x86_64 root=/dev/mapper/fedora-root ro rd.lvm.lv=fedora/root rhgb quiet LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau modprobe.blacklist=nouveau nvidia-drm.modeset=1
$ cat /etc/gdm/custom.conf
# GDM configuration storage
[daemon]
# Uncomment the line below to force the login screen to use Xorg
WaylandEnable=false
[security]
[xdmcp]
[chooser]
[debug]
# Uncomment the line below to turn on debugging
Enable=true
Lorsque je veux me connecter sous Gnome depuis gdm, toujours plantage.
Avec sddm, aucun soucis si je choisis Gnome Xorg.
