Hello tu peux configurer ton proxy gnome par l'utilitaire gconftool-2,
J'ai trouvé cet exemple qui n'a pas l'air de fonctionner chez moi mais c'est deja une piste :
$ gconftool-2 --direct --config-source xml:readwrite:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.mandatory --type string --set /system/http_proxy/host proxy-host
$ gconftool-2 --direct --config-source xml:readwrite:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.mandatory --type string --set /system/http_proxy/port proxy-port
