Tu peux accéder à des messages d'erreur, notamment /var/log/boot.log ?
Il peut y avoir plusieurs causes, mais quand tu dis « ...cela n'impacte pas trop le fonctionnement », tu as quand même des signes de disfonctionnements graphiques ?
Vérifie si le paquet libva est bien installé, pas en double, cf

En ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de la machine, je ne constate pas de problème particulier.
Le paquet libva-1.0.16-1.fc17.x86_64 est déjà installé dans sa dernière version par contre je trouve d'autres packages libva non installés ;
