Je pense avoir trouvé le pb :

Dans le folder : /var/lib/dkms/vboxhost
Il y a deux versions, une plus ancienne que l'autre, j'ai juste supprimé le dossier qui était le plus vieux.
Maintenant:
[root@becane vboxhost]# /etc/init.d/dkms_autoinstaller start
dkms: running auto installation service for kernel 3.5.3-1.fc17.x86_64
Done.
