[Résolu] Mao et Jack

Bonsoir,

j'essaie de lancer le serveur son jack avec une carte firewire edirol-fa66 sans succès. Ce n'est pas un problème matériel car :

- cela fonctionne avec tango studio
- avec fedora, quand je lance ffado mixer, ma carte est reconnue.

J'étais sous F16 et j'ai réinstallé F17 car apparemment ça se passait très bien pour d'autres utilisateurs. Mais là, je coince et je n'ai pas d'idées pour en sortir.

voilà les infos que j'ai postées sur linux -mao (là, je n'ai pas de réponses mais apparemment, ubuntu est privilégié) :

en ce qui concerne :

je n'ai pas ce message quand je lance ffado-diag juste après le boot (j'ai le message normal "stack est chargé"); j'obtiens ce tru bizarre après avoir lancé jack sans succès.

Franchement, je m'arrache les cheveux depuis deux jours. Pourquoi nbe pas utiliser tangos studio ? Parce que j'utililise fedora partout aillueurs et que (à part ça), cela me convient mieux.

J'ai partiellement résolu le problème de cette manière :

1. installation de F15
2. installation de planet ccrma et noyau rt en suivant ce tuto : http://www.linuxmao.org/tikiwiki/tiki-index.php?page=CCRMA

Attention :

- ne pas installer les pilotes propriétaires pour les cartes ati-radeon (chez moi ça bloquait tout) essayez si vous n'avez pas peur de recommencer les install.
- planet-ccrma menus ne fonctionne plus
- ne pas installer de programmes. inutile pour l'instant.
3. Installer FFADO :

yum install ffado libffado

(en root.

Attention : ne rien faire d'autre car les commandes qui suivent dans le tuto sont inutiles vu que ce n'est plus le "old stack" qui est utilisé; donc plus de raw1394.

Donc à partir de là, il faut se référer à un autre fil :

et particulièrement ceci :

Voilà. Comme cela ça a marché. Bien sûr, il faut installer qjackctl pour éviter la ligne de commande.
Ensuite, j'ai fait un preupgrade vers F16 et tout roule.

Je n'ai jamais réussi à le faire fonctionner directement sur F16 mais ça vaut la peine d'essayer. Pour ma part, je suis passé par au moins 10 install mais comme dirait l'autre : "sur le métier, cent fois remets ton ouvrage".

Je peux répondre à des questions mais essentiellement, j'ai suivi les deux fils cités plus haut, avec des essais erreurs. Les 10 réinstall sont à mon avis dues au fait que parfois les erreurs s'additionnent et qu'il n'est pas toujours possibles de faire marche arrière.

Maintenant, il est vrai qu'avec Tango Studio tout fonctionne directement sans manipulation mais des dizaines de programmes inutiles sont aussi installés et pour ma part, je n'utilise que Fedora sur les autres machines (donc plus facile pour moi).
