Et lance directement un fsck -y sur la partition en question.
Quand il trouvait un problème il me demandait si je voulais ignorer ou non, si je faisais non, fsck s'arrêtait là, si je continuais il passait à 7 ou 8 autres problèmes et s'arrêtait (en répondant toujours oui). Si je relançais un fsck à la suite, il me retrouvait exactement la même chose.
Voilà la sortie de la console pour le fsck :

Ce qui est bête c'est que c'est ma partition /home qui est corrompue. Enfin au pire je n'avais pas de documents importants dessus.
