Après upgrade vers FC3, mon listener Oracle m'a renvoyé :

Attention, cela est du à une reconfiguration des network settings par FC3.
Il faut cocher de nouveau la case "Allow all users to enable and disable the device" pour la carte réseau active (dans network configuration).
