Je ne pense pas qu'une query rpm puisse donner la réponse car ces données se situent au niveau yum : Le VENDOR est le même (Fedora Project) pour upates et updates-testing.
Pour ce qui est du yum list installed | grep @updates-testing
j'ai un display crado par exemple :
