Bonjour,

je veux utiliser postfix mais j'arrive pas a le démarre 
[root@Nagiose ~]service postfix status
master est arrêté
la commande postfix start m'indique [ok],mais en fait postfix s'arrete

je serai reconnaissent si vous pouvez m'aidez

Par defaut fedora utilise sendmail comme mta. Pour passer a postifx je te conseille
d'utiliser system-switch-mail du paquet du meme nom.

comment j'utilise system-switch-mail je dois l'installé

tu le telecharges et l'installe en tapant en tant que root (su -) dans un terminal:
yum install system-switch-mail
et tu l'utilise en tapant
system-switch-mail
dans le meme terminal, toujours en root

(lorsque je stop un service ou un serveur juste pour le teste ) .

j'ai installé mailx et postfix sous Fedora10

je pense que je dois modifier quelque paramètre dans /etc/postfix/main.cf 
myhostname = ServerNagios.domaine.com
mydestination = $myhostname, ServerNagios.domaine.com , localhost.$mydomain, localhost

Tu dois en dire plus sur ta conf.
Veux tu envoyer simplement des mails en local, sur un réseau, n'importe ou ?

Tu dis "j'ai un serveur exchange " : c'est le serveur de mail de ta société ? Est il le seul à pouvoir envoyer des mails ? Si oui, tu dois l'utiliser comme relay, mais il faut qu'il accepte de te relayer
