alors voila après avoir fait un tour sur le forum et la documentation du site(je n'ai rien trouvé sur proftp) j'ai décidé de poster!!

Je desire installer un client de transfert de fichier et j aimerais dans un premier temps le tester en localhost(pas forcement ave un autre pc).

J'ai donc fait un "yum install proftpd",apres l'installation j'ai demarré le serveur sans probleme(ou plutot apres avoir autoriser proftp dans SELINUX) et là ou ca bloque c est lorsque j essaie de m authentifier: 

[root@localhost etc]# ftp localhost
Connected to localhost (127.0.0.1).
220 FTP Server ready.
Name (localhost:franck): root

Password:

Quelqu'un aurait il une idée??

Alors oui j'ai pris le soin de mettre dans le fichier de config "RootLogin en ON"!!

J'ai essayé egalement avec un utilisateur normal et en anonymous mais ça ne donne toujours rien...

j aimerais dans un premier temps le tester en localhost(pas forcement ave un autre pc).
Comment paramètres-tu ce «pas forcement ave un autre pc» :
Avec des Class, AllowClass, DenyClass ?

Alors ce que je voulais dire avec le fameux 'par forcement sur un autre pc' c est que je voudrais sur ma meme machine avoir le role du client et du serveur,donc betement transferer un fichier d un dossier vers un autre par exemple.....je veux commencer comme ca juste pour simplifier les choses c est tout!!!

J'ai essayé avec les droits 711 mais ça n a malheuresment pas donnée grand chose!!

Des autres idées???

Avec des Class, AllowClass, DenyClass, DenyAll ?

Je n'ai parametré Proftp d'aucune manières....Class,DenyClass...???
