Etant nouveau sur Fedora,

je viens juste de l'installer

et là j'avou que c'est très calme autour de moi car il n'y a pas un bruit quisort de mes haut parleurs.

pouvez-vous m'aider ?
je ne sais pas par quoi commencer.

Bon, pour ton problème de son il y a pas mal de petits indices a relever.. La premiere chose serait de savoir si tu as effectué une mise a jour apres install de fedora.. Si oui, cela vien t peut etre du noyau en cours ( 2.6.27.159), du moins chez moi c'etait le cas avec ce dernier .. ( ce qui n'est pas le cas pour tout le monde a voir sur le forum 😉 )...

Si non, (pour l'update hein) il serait pas mal de la faire ( l'update toujours...) pour savoir si cette derniere resoudrait ton probleme et puis connaitre ta configuration materielle poourrait etre utile..

J'ai le même problème avec un Imac G4 architecture PPC.
Sous mac OSX j'avais du son dans mes enceintes et depuis mon transfuge plus rien !
la commande aplay -l me donne :
aplay: device_list:217: no soundcards found...

Ce qui est tout à fait curieux !

Si vous avez une idée, je suis preneur

J'ai le même chipset son sur mon toshiba et j'ai eu aussi un problème de son avec la rawhide (voir "ICI" )
J'avais aussi la commande aplay -l qui de donnai: no soundcards found
Essaye en root les commande suivante:
[root@localhost ~]# rmmod snd-hda-intel
[root@localhost ~]# modprobe snd-hda-intel probe_mask=0x1
Et refait un aplay -l pour voir si tu as quelque chose

D'après ton lspci tu n'as pas de carte son... C'est peut-être spécifique à apple et au kernel ppc, mais la je n'y connais pas grand chose.

Pour compléter :

J'avais désinstallé les éléments alsa. Je les ai réinstallés hier soir et depuis message lors du boot : "usb 3-2:device not accepting, error-62"
Qu'est-ce que ça peut bien être ?
un rapport ?

Et toi Kikadisa, le rmmod devrait fonctionner, comment ça avance de ton côté ?

je regarde un peu artout et le kernel semble entrer en ligne de compte dans certains cas.

Je suis parvenu à retrouver les specs http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/imac/stats/imac_700_fp.html : et là on dirait qu'il n'y a pas de carte son (si je comprends bien), mais que mes speakers seraient gérés comme les casques ou autres headphones. Ce sont les enceintes boules de chez Apple.

Donc peut-être devrais-je chercher dans cette direction ?
Qu'en pensez-vous ?

Bonjour,

Toujours le même problème, mais je pense avoir un peu avancé.
Ayant des prolèmes de Kernel, j'ai récupéré la dernière version ppc sous koji et là beaucoup moins de messages d'erreur autour de mon kernel et surtout une indication : snd-aoa-i2c.
Mes pistes étaient de paramétrer quelquechose dufait que ma amchine est un Powermac --> donc snd-powermac; après lecture il semble que aoa soit l'élément plus récent et adapté.
Seulement je ne sais quel fichier modifier et où ?

JE te rappelle que je suis en architecture PPC et donc je ne pense pas que hda-intel soit possible.
J'ai eu de l'aide un peu à droite à gauche et voici où j'en suis, cela te permettra de poursuivre mon assistance (merci encore pour tes conseils):
- il semble que le pilote snd_powermac (Powermac snapper) soit celui que je dois utiliser compte-tenu de ma machine.
- j'ai eu grâce à la manip "modprobe snd_powermac" un début d'éclatement de tympans.
Début car cela a duré 2 minutes alors que je tentais de régler le volume et warning :
'modprobe warning : /etc/modprobe.d/sound line 1 ignoring bad line starting with snd-aoa'

- il est instable : au reboot, doit être systématiquement rechargé ;
- j'ai des sautes de connexion, crachotement, etc. donc pas nickel pour le moment.

Voilà, je ne sais si tu peux m'aider plus avant, mais si possible, je reste preneur et sur la bonne voie !
