j'ai suivi ce tutorial afin d'installer nagios

mais celui ci ne fonctionne pas
je n'arrive pas à accèder à la page de nagios en local ...
comment puis je savoir si le service est actif (je suis passé par la fenetre des services pour m'assurer de son déclenchement au démarrage) , j'ai iben configurer le fichier de conf et pourtant aucune fenetre ou connection ...

en faisant un lien vers le dossier /usr/share/nagios vers le dossier de mon serveur j'arrive à acceder à l'interface d'admin en revanche j'ai cette erreur
