Partition /boot ecrasé

Suite à une mauvaise manipulation , la partition (sda6)/boot de mon pc a été replacé par une ancienne version, se qui fait que je ne pouvait plus démarrer mon PC sur mon linux. De plus la version ancienne de "/boot" comprenait les kermel "-2.6.22.4-65" et "2.6.22.5-76". Alors que mon /boot originel contenais les 2 dernier versons du kermel linux
En voulant faire une manipulation en installant fedora sur un disque dur externe, pour tester une modification de "/boot", j'ai sélectionner le mauvais disque dur, et le disque dur interne contenant mon windows Xp pro (sdb) a été supprimé (mais j'ai un ghost).
Donc c'est de ce nouveau OS que je vous écrit.

Une proposition de solution

- en mode rescue : installer le kernel présent sur le CD/DVD qui s'inscrira dans le grub .conf
- démarrage sur ce vieux noyau
- supression des noyaux défectueux (absent du /boot)
- réinstallation du dernier noyau récent (yum update).

@nouvo09: pardon j'ai oublier l'essentiel --> "Comment puis-je faire pour démarre mon ancien Os linux ?"

@remi : Merci de ton aide, avec ta solution 8-) --> problème résolu en 10 minutes sans risque pour mes partitions et avec mes bidouillages,-->2 jours de PC en rade :roll: avec toutes les partitions d'un disque dur effacé (30Go donné supprimés) :roll:

Donc merci d'avoir sauvé mon PC.

Pour ceux qui aurait le même problème :
1-Utilise le DVD d'installation, comme pour installer un nouveau systéme fedora, mais au menus suivant sélectionner "ungrate systéme" et suisver la procédure (on peut refaire le menu du grub)
2-Redémarré le PC et mettez à jours le kermel.
