Merci, j'ai reussit a passe de cette etape. Voila comment j'ai procede:
1) J'ai telecharge et installe kernel-devel avec la commande "yum install kernel-devel";
2) J'ai compile avec la commande: "/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup";
Maintenent j'ai le probleme suivant:
The VirtualBox kernel driver is not accessible to the current user. Make sure that the user has write permissions for /dev/vboxdrv by adding them to the vboxusers groups. You will need to logout for the change to take effect..
Sur Ubuntu j'ai mit la commande "adduser danpaul vboxusers" (avec sudo/su -) et ca marche. Sur Fedora cette commande ne marche pas. Il m'explique comment faire mais j'ai pas trop compri:

-r, create system account
-o, --non-unique allow create user with duplicate
(non-unique) UID
-p, --password PASSWORD use encrypted password for the new user
account
-s, --shell SHELL the login shell for the new user account
-u, --uid UID force use the UID for the new user account
-Z, --selinux-user SEUSER use a specific SEUSER for the SELinux user mapping
