Postfix + dovecot + squirrelmail

Bonjour,

j'ai installer postfix+ dovecot + squirrelmail et pourtant rien ne fonctionne... faut dire que je capte pas grand chose...

je n'ai configurer aucun fichier car je ne c pas comment il fonctionne, ni ou les trouver.

lorsque je me rend sur : http://mondomaine.fr/webmail/src/configtest.php voila se qu'il me dit:

ha des reponse comme je les aime....

en faint j'ai parcourut les fichier de config mais je n'y comprend pas grand chose.

je c envoyer des mail a mon root mais c la connexion via imap qui ne fonctionne pas.

vu que je suis nul en anglais, je comprend pas trop le dernier site que tu m'a fournit.

se que je voudrais savoire c'est:

- est ce que j'ai installer est suffisent pour faire fonctionne un service mail
- Quelle sont les lignes de config a modifier dans le fichier /etc/dovecot.conf et /etc/postfix/main.cf
- commen faire pour ne plus avoir le msg 'ERROR: Error connecting to IMAP server "localhost:143".Server error: (13) Permission denied'

J'ai profité de ce sujet pour tester ça sur ma machine. Squirrelmail est impeccable mais j'ai eu le même message d'erreur que toi concernant l'accès IMAP ... tout simplement parce que je n'avais pas installé Dovecot et que je n'avais pas lancé le daemon. Vérifie si il est bien lancé chez toi, c'est le seul conseil que je peux te donner 😉

On pense à faire ce qu'il faut avec son firewall... comme par exemple ouvrir le port 143.

Evidement on pense à lancer le serveur imap et smtp (mais bon... j'ose considérer que c'est sous-entendu)

C'est vous qui voyez mais c'est bizarre, sur ma machine c'était le port 141 dont il était question :-? . Le firewall est sûrement la bonne piste 🙂

merci pour toute ces reponse. mais sela ne fonctionne toujours pas.

voila se que j'ai fait apres avoir installer.

[root@localhost ~]# iptables -F

mais toujours la meme chose

lsof -i

Regardes si tu as quelque chose sur le port 143.

ou si je veux me connecter via: http://www.ehennuy.be/webmail/src/login.php

je met: root et le password. et la j'ai le msg :

apres avoir fait qql recherche sur SELinux

je suis tomber sur se site: http://squirrelmail.org/wiki/FedoraSELinux

j'ai alors taper cette commande a tous hazard 😃 : setenforce 0

et je n'ai plus le meme msg. le probleme c que je ne sais pas si je recule ou si j'avence dans mon probleme...

new msg:

et lors que config test je n'ai plus d'erreur:

installation de squirrelmail: yum install squirrelmail

je viens de tester avec un autre user. et la je c me connecter mais il y a encore des problemes....

je tombe sur une page avec deux frame et donc deux msg d'erreur:

ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: SELECT "INBOX"
Reason Given: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information. [2007-06-13 16:29:31]

et

ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: CREATE "Sent"

une idéé?

ha une autre question: comment on fait par dire que tel utilisateur doit avoir une boite mail?

Vérifies avec Thunderbird que l'IMAP fonctionne bien.

Dès que tu fais un utilisateur il a une boite mail

et les log de squirrelmail il se trouve ou?

Avant de tester le webmail, est-ce que l'IMAP fonctionne bien avec thunderbird par exemple ?
