Pb carte ATI X300SE: "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".

Après avoir bien parcouru la doc du wiki (si cher à Vindicator :-P) et configurer ma carte ATI, j'ai encore quelques soucis pour configurer ma carte ATI X300SE. Si je fais un fglrxinfo, voilà ce que j'ai :

(ceci après avoir configurer le driver par init3, rmmod radeon drm, fglrx-config-display enable, init5 ; sans aucun problème)

Un jeux 3D comme bzflag ne fonctionne pas bien et me dit : "Warning : your lag is too high (750ms)

J'ai suivi les consignes du paragraphe 2 du wiki, mais je suis un peu larguer dans le paragraphe 3. On parle de choses que je n'ai pas dans mon xorg.conf. Qu'est-ce qui est applicable ?

Quelqu'un à une idée d'où le pb peu venir ? :roll:

Le problème est que la partie 3 est indispensable !

(remarque : il semble qu'il ne faille plus ajouter la section "module")

T'as bien redémarré ton serveur X après les modif de ton xorg.conf ?
Que donne "grep EE /var/log/Xorg.0.log" ?
(éventuellement aussi "grep WW /var/log/Xorg.0.log" )

Oui, mais pas besoin d'en faire autant : un simple <CTRL><ALT><Backspace> suffit. (si tu connais pas, ça redémarre X ==> ferme ta session ! Sauve tes documents avant.) ==> essaye une fois que tu auras rajouté ta section monitor

normalement, l'erreur précédente ne devrait plus être là...

Mais tu n'as pas utilisé system-config-network pour détecter ton moniteur. Or tu n'as peut être pas le même que le mien (même si apparement moi j'ai un 'Generic')... Je te conseille de l'utiliser (regarde en tout cas le résultat des 2 cmd que je t'ai donné et vois s'il y a des erreurs liées au screen/monitor/...)

Je t 'ai donné un modèle à tester. Peut être tu pourrais essayer avant de décider que ça ne marche pas?

Et quelle version du pilote utilises tu ?

J'ai quand même une différence à l'affichage, la qualité est moins bonne.

De plus, dans mon ATI config panel, je n'ai rien d'écris en face de OpenGL. Est-ce normal ?

Bon, ca y est : ça marche !!!

En fait, en faisant un yum update, une nouvelle version du fglrx s'est chargée. Je suis donc reparti de zéro en suivant le wiki avec les différents conseils de cette discussion, et ça marche maintenant !
