Bonjour, hier j'ai installer ma RT2561/RT61 (avec se tuto http://doc.fedora-fr.org/Installation_du_wifi_-_Ralink et les driver rt2x00) et quand j'essaye de l'activer avec system-config-network j'ai se message qui s'affiche

j'ai eu: bash: screen: command not found

Tu es sur que tu as besoin du mode master ? (yum install screen pour installer screen !)
Ce n'est pas nécéssaire pour se connecter à un point d'accès!

Le rt2x00 tolère encore mal les outils tel system-config-network!
Modifies ton fichier /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-wlan0 ainsi:

Oublies system-config-network avec ce module :
NE PAS UTILISER system-config-network !!!!

Eventuellement redemarres
quand je fais iwconfig sa m'indique que je suis en mode master (mais aucun pc ne me le detecte)
puis quand je fais
su -
rmmod rt61pci
modprobe rt61pci

il m'indique que je suis en manager
il faut que tu me donne le résulat des commandes sinon cela ne sert à rien...
Si tu n'as pas le réseau directement, copie le réulsuat dans un fichier texte...
ce que j'ai remarqué avec les rt2x00 : tu dois configurer ton wifi (=essid, key, ...) AVANT de monter ton interface.
==> pour résoudre ton problème :
ifconfig wlan0 down

<configure ici ton wifi À LA MAIN> :
iwconfig wlan0 mode master
iwconfig wlan0 essid <essid>

il en manques... tu ne peux pas avoir que cela ou alors redemarres pour que tu ais le début du dmesg....(regardes ce que tu as mis plus haut est ce que tu as toujours l'erreur avec le firmware ?) Quel est le contenu du répertoire :
ls -al /lib/firmware ?

Pour la remarque de nicofo. Autant lorsque tu fais la configuration (iwconfig), tu dois avoir l'interface down (ifconfig wlan0 down ). Autant lorsque tu dois lister les reseaux disponible il me semble que l'interface doit être monté (ifconfig wlan0 up)...

hum... tu es sensé avoir des réseaux aux alentour ou tu vis à la campagne ?
Si tu veux l'utiliser en tant que point d'accès que donnes la suite de la configuration au lancement de hostapd ?
(enventuellement n'utilises pas screen !)
je vis a la campagne et personne au alentour a le wifi (et très peux l'adsl)
et pour screen hostapd /etc/hosatpd.con
