J'ai ce problème depuis la dernière version des pilotes.
Quelque soit le réglage manuel ou automatique, il n'est capable que de m'afficher 1280x1024 pour le 1°
et 800x600 sur le second.

En gros ton serveur X n'affiche que ce que tu lui demande .... regarde bien dans ton fichier

pris du manuel de nvidia sur ce pilote! toujours le même problème!
pris de l'ancienne configuration de l'ancienne version du pilote! toujours le même problème!
d'après les dirent des sites même en anglois! toujours le même problème!

conclusion! on peut dire sur ati mais chez nvidia sont pas mieux!

le mieux que je lui ai fait à beberto64 c'est de lui avoir du 1024x768 sur les deux écran! si je modifie par ce que me parait les bon changement dans le xorg.org en partant de la version généré par le "configurateur" de nvidia! mais ça fait déconner X!

Voilà!

Les dernières version tant ATI que NVIDIA sont à revoir!

Lors de l'installation de la fc6 je n'ai eu aucun pbs pour avoir mes deux écrans en 1280x1024
Lorsque j'ai mis à jours le kernel et le kmod début novembre je n'ai pus avoir que 1280x1024 pour le 1° et 800x600 pour le second
Je n'ai pas trouvé la solution

Tu peux rappeler combien de mémoire video tu disposes? Peut être spécifier ce paramètre...

Sinon je suppose qu'il s'agit d'un problème avec AIGLX et la possibilité de le géré que sur un seul écran!
Comment beryl ou compiz se comporte à ce niveau? Une tentative serait de désactiver AIGLX pour voir si tu retrouves la configuration double écrans 1280x1024!

Lorsque je veux mettre mon second écran en 1280x1024 j'ai l'érreur suivante:
"(nvidia-settings:3215): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref: assertion `G_I S_OBJECT (object)' failed"
en regardant dans le centre de configuration j'ai 2040x1024
