Probleme avec Squirrelmail

sa fait 3 mois que jai fini de configurer mon serveur de messagerie POSTFIX.
jai donc apres cela installer squirrelmail pour avoir une interface webmail.je vous precise aussi que jai Dovecot comme serveur IMAP.
quand je veux fai ma configtest il affiche:

et quand je me connecte pour la connection d'un utilisateur que jai crer il me met:

13 : Permission denied
