Pour Enemy Territory, j'ai eu besoin des pilotes nvidia correctement installés (avec le truc pour régler SElinux). Et ca a marché.

Reste encore que punkbuster ne marche pas avec SElinux activé (il commence sacrément à nous faire ***** lui)

Par contre j'ai Quake3 qui se lance plus, et Slayers Online ne se lance plus non plus (erreur de segmentation).
J'ai fait une instal propre pour FC5. Pour les jeux par contre, j'ai gardé le dossiers jeux de mon FC4.
Si je comprend, tu as un /home et quand tu as réinstallé FC5, tu as concervé ce /home intact..

Regarde dans les fichiers cachés de ton /home/user si tu as des répertoires de ces jeux.. genre .monjeux
efface les et relance le jeux.. il y a peut être des réglages dans leur conf, qui ne marchent pas entre FC4 et FC5...

Sinon... ben réinstall de ces jeux..

J'avais eu un problème similaire avec ET. en installant tous les kmod-fglrx* (devel + libs-32bits + kdump) de livna, c'est passé.

je suis passe a fedora 5 hier
armyops marchait parfaitement .....depuis j'ai fait un yum update ce matin et hop plus de jeu
j'ai installe les kmod-* mais cela n'rien change

et je viens de m'apercevoir que foobillard ne marche plus non plus
cela ne vient pas des jeux

mais que peut-il bien me manquer pour que ca marche ?
ben si au final l'install de kmod-fglrx* ca a fait quelque chose
j'ai redemarre l'ordi et mes jolies fenetres ne sont plus jolies du tout du tout
je n'ai plus l 'entourage qui va bien
yum ne marche plus non plus

au secours!!! tout ca pour vouloir jouer a la guerre bien fait pour moi
