Suite aux dernières mises à jours de la fin de la semaine dernière, kde ne fonctionne plus correctement.
Il charge, semble actif, je peux voir la souris mais l'écran est noir.
Gnome fonctionne correctement.
A l'écran de démarrage de session, j'ai le boot message suivant : Enabling the nvidia driver /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions: line 513: 1264 Erreur de segmentation "$@" [échoué]

bon déjà l'intérêt d'avoir fait un autre sujet, c'est que toi tu es en 64 bits, alors que sur l'ancien sujet on traitait un problème de kernel-PAE.

peux tu poster le fichier Xorg.0.log ( dans /var/log )
ainsi que ton xorg.conf ( dans /etc/X11)

désolé, si je te fais reposter des données que tu as déjà fourni dans l'autre sujet.
Tu as raison, c'est plus clair ainsi.
La commande indiquée ne produit aucun effet.

je dirais que le systeme ne trouve la biblio libglx.so

dans ton xorg.conf dans la section files rajoute la ligne suivante

Le problème persiste.
J'ai rajouté la ligne et ai verifié la présence de ce fameux fichier.
voici ce qu'il y a dans /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/nvidia
libglx.so  libglx.so.190.42
le répertoire supérieur contient également le fichier libglx.so également (et d'autres).
Le répertoire modules est bien présent est contient les fichiers et dossiers suivants :

et bien en ce qui me concerne, je suivrai les instructions du message de Xorg.0.log , a savoir:

puis si cela ne resoud rien, relance ta session en remplaçant nvidia par vesa dans ton xorg.conf
voir si ta session kde se relance.

En effet, le libglx.so qui se trouve dans /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/nvidia/ pointe vers le fichier libglx.so.190.42 situé dans le même répertoire et qui est fort différent du libglx.so situé dans /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions//libglx.so, d'où le problème de mauvais module chargé chez toi !
J'ai trouvé cet info
Maintenant, je ne sais pas comment faire pour que ce soit le bon module qui soit chargé, car la commande eselect opengl set nvidia dont on parle sur le forum Gentoo n'existe pas dans fedora !Peut-être en réinstallant le driver NVIDIA comme suggéré dans ton Xorg.0.log ?

Repostes ton Xorg.0.log qu'on voie s'il y a toujours les mêmes erreurs, stp.
